Yes, that is true.
A LedLenser that is not only watertight but is also advertised as a true divelight..... The Frogman:

It is a 4 x AA light that uses a LuxIII (do not think it is regulated) and the big optic we know from the LedLenser Magic. The bezel is stainless steel, and the light is activated by twisting the bezel off! Might be difficult with wet hands though as there is no knurling present.

Here's a disassambled view:

The Beam is extremely focussed and on the purple side in this unit and off-center. In fact it looks liek a twin of the Magic's beam, so here you go:

The twist on/off screws the LS in teh optic and out which doesn't help centering /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon15.gif
The LS sits on a huge aluminium podest, so heatsinking should be ok, in addition to that the light is not driven too hard IMHO.

It passes the bathtub diving-run for 30min without a problem.

Supplied is a sturdy lanyard, a crappy pouch and the batteries and all that in a nice box as usual.

Overall an acceptable light with still some flaws. Price was about €40-50.
