One of the more common "everyone seems to have one" is the Mag to Luxeon conversion. See link in sig for more details.

Factory-approved conversions.. Surefire has their modular LED head system. Underwater Kinetics has a drop-in LED module for some of their lights.

I'm sure there are billions more, just getting started here.
