Anyway know of a source of fresnel lens collimators? I need a collimating lens to turn a 120 degree beam from an LED into as tight a beam as possible, but need something very thin. It sounds like a fresnel lens could do that, but I can't seem to find a source for them- just places that will custom design one (too expensive!).

Anyone know where I could find some? Or even a product I could rip apart to get a couple?

I'm looking for something like this:
fresnel.JPG

Or ideally, something like the Airgap RXI Lens halfway down this page: LPI tech page

Thanks,

I think motion detectors use fresnel lenses. You could rip them apart and take out the lens. I am not sure how it will work in your case
