Recently Victorinox introduced the light series with a white LED. Does any one has experience with this tool? beam quality? intensity?

There have been a few reviews mainly on the knife type forums.

If you have access to SOSAK -
Re: Victorinox Voyager Lite

In case you don't have access - this is what SOSAK member Marcangel posted about the LED:

"Now the part you're all interested in, the LED. It's much more of a flood type light than a spot, and has a fairly bluish tint to it. It uses 2 1225 cells and provides probably a little less output as a photon. It's difficult to say because the beam is MUCH wider than a photon. The light is not removable, but it's easy to change the batteries."

You should also be aware that there have been more than one report the light can turn on accidentally in the pocket.
