Are these decent batteries?

Hey guys, found this deal while searching for rechargables for my TriStar Phazer. I am clueless on rechargeables so I'd like some opinions. If these are good batteries I figure it's a great deal seeing that I basically use every style of battery offered in one way or another. The unit I am wondering about is the 3rd item on the 2nd row, BC1HU Computer controlled superfast charger.

I haven't tried any but I asked awhile back about them and all I got where people saying they were good batteries. They didn't compare them with the best ones but I have heard no negative reports and the price is appealing. I may order some of them myself when I can afford to.

Are these decent batteries?
