Does anyone used to buy flashlihght from GONCZ?

I make order from here http://www.goncz.net/ since Jan. 25, 2005 and up to now there is no any response from them. I claim to PP and get only response mail that will ship within 10 days(said on Feb 17,2005)

Please let us know how you come out. correct me if I'm wrong. doesn't PP have a 30 day to file dispute?

CY , may be I'm write not clear. PP use 30 days for file dispute. After I sent out complain to PP, the Seller response because PP CC mail. Seller said will ship within 10 days since Feb, 17 2005.

Let us know how it turned out. Many of us didn't get anything out from dealing with that company.

if I don't receive goods before 30 days, I file with PP. there are certain cases where freight can and does take 30+ days to arrive.

in those cases you file before 30 days is up, then when and if package shows up. recind claim with PP and all is well.

it's not a perfect situation, but some pressure from PP is better than none.
