Cheapest 123 LED light

Botach sells the "Epoch 4" for about $25.
I bought several of them to give to friends.
They seem to be good lights, plenty bright for general use.

Ok, thanks to Botach starting the price of 123's tumbling. And Surefire lowering the price to $15 a box of 12 ....

What's the lowest price, cheapest 123-powered LED light?

And, will my dead-to-regular-light 123s continue to power the 123-powered LED?

Praise the lord and pass the cheap batteries!

The inova x-5 is $39 at the discovery channel store. It uses 2ea 123's
