indotech? I think may have a mag light conversion product. Their mega 6 has 6 5 watt leds in it and uses the 6 d cell model.

InReTech. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif The super6 is actually a flood light, it doens't use optics or reflectors so it might not be a good choice, unless you are looking for a flood.

You could make your own or have a modder here on CPF make you a 6 cell Maglite with a 5 watt LED. Contact member 3rd_Shift, he would make you one for the cost of parts and labor.

TerraLUX does a 5 Watt Luxeon LED Replacement Kit for 6 D cells I bet you could also use the c cell model. What I like about it is that retain the ability to focus like normal with your Maglight....comes with a pricetag. I have the 3 watt version and I love it.

Underwater Kinetics (with its SL6) and Ikelite each make a 6C halogen dive light that should surpass 5W. However, their reflectors get blazing hot and are not intended for extended use outside of water.

Oh--I forgot we're in the LED forum. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
