Fun with Photoshop...

wish i had a metal lathe...
imagine a o-sink with the pedestal a little wider and a bit
higher. then cut the stock mag reflector a little higher up
I had my tri-lux mag and my u-bin o-sink mag and was thinking. I
wish I could put the output of my tri-lux mag and focus it like my u-bin mag...

I think I agree with Danny. The beam would be very screwy looking. A three lobe flood comes to mind.

To get what I think you want would require a three into one de-collimator with the output shaped like a highdome or a side-emitter. It's all about point source. This device seems to exist only in my imagination.

You could easily fix the beam-quality with optics... big optics.

I once had an idea like that, but the problem is that the reflector isnt big enough to compensate for the off centerness of each LED.

First is most probable - only with non-circular lobes.

Bingo.

I'm pretty sure the best you would be able to get with with a setup would be something like this:

More likely the same as above only with a ring of a hotspot for each...
