200+ Lumen Mag Mod ?

First of all, this forum is awesome!

I'm new to this website and the world of extreme flashlights...but I'm already hooked. I need to start working more and researching less, but that's not near as much fun.

In approximately one month's time I've acquired the following:
an XO3, a Diamond drop-in module for my 3D mag, (2) Sam's Elements, a Dorcy Metal Gear, and have an L1P v2.5 on order.

Please help point me in the right direction for a torch close to the following specs:

200+ lumens
Regulated
2+ hr. runtime (to 50%)
Weight/size not to exceed a 4D mag (preferably 3D)
Beam w/ wide spill (but reasonable throw)

I figure I'm probably going to have to buy a mod, but my technical expertise is pretty limited (unless it's a drop-in).

Regulated not in the normal sense but by using the rechargable AA's you get constant brightness until the batteries exhaust themselves.
