why doesn't the G&P drop in leds work with

Hi! why doesn't the G&P drop in leds work with the E2C converter. I have a 1 and a 3 watt G&P and they work fine in my C2 but not when trying to use the E2C converter??? My P90 bulb works with the E2C. Can i make it work????
