We are getting used to the new work load. In another month I should be back to work at 80% load. ;-)
Lately I have found red and very warm LEDs the best for the baby room. I have like 10 lights that I rotate ceiling bounce with between both rooms that the baby stay in. Flashlights are great for this job as I can move them around the room and angle them just right. I a a huge cool white fan but lately I have found less and less uses for cool white other than dedicated throwers and sometime massive flood lights just for the bit of extra wow factor when showing off. But for any real use I prefer warmer tint. Even 3000K in some situations. This is kind of scary. Feels like I am getting old.
