    Vinh this k40mvn is a masterpiece! Such great beam quality and mix of power and throw! Can't put it down. Probably be my new favorite hiking light I can also report that keeppower 3400 protected batteries work well in it and just fit in.

    Re: The V54 Lounge. Canada customs is sure scrutinizing my K40Mvn. It was presented to Canada Border Services Agency for customs review then sent for 'further processing' 4 days ago. I really hope it makes it to me. :sweat:

    Will this light still work with protected cells but highest level will not be any brighter? Or will it trip the protection circuit?
