E Modified McClicky switches are ready to ship:

http://www.oveready.com/prod_287.html

There is a built in discount option for all Triple E Copper owners. Non Triple E owners may purchase the switch. This pricing setup is based on the honor system.

The page above is only available from this thread and cannot be 'browsed' to on our site. We are starting with an initial quantity and will make additional batches as needed.

We have more ready to ship and have more starting production. They are now available to everyone.

Custom Triple Copper Surefire E1e & E2e (XGP2/219)

+1

The McClicky is awesome in this light. Although my stock switch worked with no jumping after about a 500 click break in, I prefer the softer McClicky. :)

You guys ROCK! I've got both the E1e and E2e copper triples from you so I ordered two switches and took the opportunity to order a few other items as well (bezels, lenses, etc). While this is the custom triple copper thread I do have to say I took a zero rez shorty (18650) moddolar setup over to China for work. Wow, what a package that was! Nice and small but still runs off an 18650. Great job!

Another one who is hoping to see additional batches of the E1e triples. Are these something that may pop up again or are they a dead product?

-Thanks

I originally bought about 50 of the E1's. Before the E Triple project, we sold about half of them as P60 setups:

Of the 25 or so remaining whole E1's, about half have been built out and sold.

The other half are waiting for Triple E production to resume.

We also have 25 or so heads, saved from the original hosts and may do something with those

Sounds great. I guess I will have to start refreshing the product page once it is brought up on the sight again in hopes that I can snag one. I could never catch one that was available, always would show out of stock for me.

Thanks

Great news, so it soulds like possible for me to buy the Tri 219 E Head only, so I can have the setup of Incan + LED with one E2E body

Maybe you can also make E2 Head XML-2 DD?:nana:

Natural E heads are to small for the needed heatsink mass, but there's always unnatural (switch not withstanding):

What kind of amperage are the triples running on the different levels? Both e1e and e2e had the same head electrically correct? I cant seem to find the answers im looking for, thanks.

Yes, they both use the same electronics.

When run from 2 cells, these, the total current to the leds is fully regulated and does not change while the cells drain.
High 4.65A, Medium (30%) 1.55A, Low (1%) 46.5mA

When running from a single cell, the output is about 30% lower and will change some as the cell drains.
This is also dependent on the voltage sag of the particular cell being used.
Approximate- High 3.255, Medium 1A, Low 32mA

Yes, we will have some more of these sometime in the coming months.
