Goldserve,

The clickie will function in the same manner as the SF clickie or the Kroll; momentary with further depresion for latched on.

Re: FS: FluPIC-ES for Aleph Series Lights

Pardon my ignorance, but I only can find the 2.0 and 2.1 update threads.

Will this work with 2 R123s or 2 17500 cells or is that voltage too high?

So... if I had a Vital Gear body and an Aleph III head with no light engine, this is all I would need to complete my light and live happily ever after?

Paypal sent. I had not read all the FluPIC threads, so I will go through them and then pm/email you about programming options.

Thanks,
Danny

ask a question:

Is This and FF3's operation the same?

Many people have opted for custom interfaces (dumbed down).

By default, it is the same as the FF3. Cheers!

I procrastinated long enough, after careful consideration and ample time wasted I'm ready to commit. I am IN! For a pair of these, possibly three. I have a WX0S star I'd like to have the emitter from it installed into an Aleph LE. Can the FLuPIC drive a Lux V? If not I'd still like to have a TX0H or TW0H emitter. How about a Royal Blue or Cyan? Can I send my emitters/stars to you to have the work done? Seeing as how you are out of stock of the cans at the moment, maybe I can prepay a deposit and send in my LEDs to have made into LEs. Im really excited now, really want to get this together. Please PM me for payment arrangements and your address so I can send LEDs.

Paypal sent for 3 modules with TW0H emitters. Let me figure out my custom programming, I'll be in touch via email or PM. I also want to send in my own colored Luxeon, keep a TW0H as a spare.

My FluPIC-ES arrived yesterday and all I can say is "wow." Very cool and adds a whole new level of usefulness to the Aleph series. I went with the default programming and after half and hour of playing around I think I have everything figured out. Love tactical mode 5 with the strobe setting. Can't wait until McGizmo has his new guarded clickie tailcap out. I'm using a Surefire clickie for now, but I've lost my tailstand capability.

Overall, I'm very happy with goldserve's design and highly recommend it!

Lunarmodule,

Please resend.

Praxis,

I'm glad you love it! I love the SF clickies because it has momentary on and everything. I got two collars made to screw onto the end of the cap for candle mode!
