High temps are wearing me out early!

We're doing mid 90's with 80+ Humidity here in Southeast Texas just now.

I do at least two 20oz gatorade each day and days like today saw the gatorade bottle refilled from the water dispenser twice after the second.

The thing besides the Gatorade that gets me through it, is wearing Lycra Bike Shorts as underwear! Keeps the johnson area from chafing!!!

I could ROCK! to mid 70's!!!

I too PITY anyone without AC!!!

Its been about 100 here but the heatwave is ending tonight. I play a lot of sports and they have been getting to me because two nights ago I had bad heat cramps and had to lay down for a while before I could move my legs again.

If the sodium in the Thermatabs is a problem, try some OTC potassium for the leg cramps. Works for me.
