Wouldnt the gummy dome of the SSC cause a problem without a lens?

Nice pics. That Sunlite Slim looks like a pretty neat pen sized light.

Btw that first pic is a wee bit big. CPF rules regarding images indicate any images should be downsized to 800 * 800 so you may want to shrink it a bit.

Done, thanks. You know...I know of no other light that size that puts out as much light as it does. Runs on 3 AAA's and has a little forward clicky.

Just looked up the specs and it is rated at ~ 65 lumens? I may have to look into one of those now...

Actually, the one I have is the 3w 100 lumen. It definitely is bright!

To my knowledge, there is no brighter penlight sized light available.

My current every day users minus the Arc on my keys. Been trying to get it down to a bare minimum, except for a few emergency lights, and a couple of old beaters that I want to mod for the 4th or 5th time.

-"M4" stays in the truck, mostly. Sometimes it becomes a M3T(it's magic).
-6P+Z49+FM34+Malkoff M60W for work
-C2L-HA+Z58+Malkoff M60WLF for EDC
-L1 will probably be the "warm weather EDC" after it gets back from a mod
-ZL H30 gets carried around in my bag in a watch taco, or worn around my neck, but hasn't found a set place yet.
-Not pictured, but there's an Arc AAA-P on my keyring.

I have a CMG Ultra-G that moves around a lot, and a Petzl Tikka headlamp, but neither has been used since the ZebraLight came to town. They're keepers, though.
