There was a thread recently about E2O-AA being upgraded with new head that would be focusable... can't find it now, I'm using an ultra-slow wireless as I'm not home...

One would think it's FUN making three TripLEDs in one day... especially when each has three different steps where thermal epoxy is applied then left to cure... but at least it's just solder the leads and test run for tomorrow and day after before shipping back to their owners...



The show goes on...

Tomorrow is similar scenario but with 5 SingLEDs...

I definitely need to swap the stock switch with high-current one and have XPG2 TripLED @ 3A in combo with this small FB1 body...

Now how sexy is that !!!!

IMO those are the most desireable E-mods :
Old school looks.
Modern performance, with very good runtime on L & M and stupid-bright H.
Dead-simple UI, with no memory.

Can't wait to EDC mine... :devil:

I'd like to trade my E2D black CRENELATED bezel (mint) for a NON-CRENELATED bezel, like the one on this photo.

I need low-profile stuff, esp. at work.

I've just recived my SF E1B modded by Tana: first class work! It's a perfect beam nice tint (5000K). A very little poket rocket!

Well my pocket rocket arrived (along with my single tower module) with mcclicky tail cap mod.

Quality is first class - making an old school classic (morris minor - for the brits amongst us) run like a modern hot hatch. Such power in such a small package.

Well done tana - a pleasure to do business with - if people want an upgrade tana's work is 1st class.

I also received 2 Tripled upgrades today. I've got a nice photo but can't figure posting it here. Tarik answered tons of
questions from me and instead of one light I decided to do 2. His turn-around was super fast, my mint bezels & caps
arrived in the same condition and service is absolutely top notch. I ordered one Nichia 219 L//M/H and and XPG2 H/M/L.
I wish everyone I dealt with was this professional

7 days from Cro to US as well... I guess that whole batch I sent is going for record (well... 1-2 days shorter anyway but still)...

Argh... wish you'd put those labels ON the bezel rings... it hurts my eyes...

These are brass pills... I don't mess with copper yet...
But I don't foresee much practical improvement when using copper pill vs. brass pill in this package...

TripLED XPE2 is just... wow...

Smaller hotspot than XPG2, apparently more throw thanks to smaller emitters (need to do side to side comparison to XPG2) but it's definitely a good setup...

Just got three XPE2 bare emitters from IS and will have to further test it but I love the output beam compared to XPG2... too bad the choice of tint bins is not good as with XPG2...
