sorry did I read up to "40Volts" :faint: what kind of setup could you achieve with 40V (and what would the battery look like?)

Is this a production light or custom/modified?

What is the drive current?

NICE 40V :)

although i can't think of a power source that high, but COOOOL

Hmmm ... you could string together 6 of those little 6v camera batteries and get 36v off it  Wouldn't fit in the current body, but maybe he'll offer a 6 battery extension tube

What are the dimensions?
How is the beam quality? Thrower, floody, in between?

Was hoping for a JiL with a Seoul and a Flupic. I have several and I like the small size.

What happened to the lovely natural HAIII that Jil used to coat their lights with?

Still it's interesting, especially for those folks who want a single stage light with no bells or whistles.

The structure of emitter board and circuit were developed uniquely
for easy MOD. or Upgrade to any other existing (or coming) emitters and reflectors.

So, we can imagine quickly that a Turbo head or many tube options.

Upto 40V, I think I can make a light with external battery even from my car/motor bike.

Hope above can be a little answer.

The body tube has three flat milled shape. ( Yes, for easy grip.. )
Qohelet is commercially released product.
( Yes, easy grip and Red, UV, Blue, White version for CSI'er. )
LED is being driven around 860mA or so, I heard.

Quohelet will be offered in UV, Red, Blue, White.
This identifying color will be shown at the head.
So the body should be in black color (HA3).

Personally I use only single stage light. :)

Length is similiar to SF 6P. [edit] Length : 135mm [edit]
Beam, from McR19XR, has rich center spot and soft degradation to side spill.

You can't go wrong with a product made by Jillite. They are all top notch.

Warren, that looks like another winner. Congratulations.

By the way, what does "Quohelet" mean?

Cheers.
