The one issue is that Lighthound or other retailers might still have frosted stock so you should inquire before ordering. Lighthound is out of stock so that could be a good sign that they'll get the newer unfrosted. Now will the frosted ones become more rare and be worth more?

If you're considering creating your own marketable version of a hi-temp replaceable socket for he A2 you'd be best creating your own "feeler thread" discussing your own variant in FM's (albeit old) sales thread is poor form

Geez FiveMega that's the closest we've managed to get you in all this time of lobbying "considering" is better than not currently viable, would a pre-sales thread be the next evolutionary step towards Strion A2 socket kit part III? :thinking:
