I have a Surefire 9P currently using 2xAW 17500 rechargeable 3.7v batteries.

Would it be possible to use a Surefire P91 lamp with these batteries or would I need CR123s?

Thanks in advance.

You should be fine using the two 17500 batteries; their combined voltage when fresh will only be 8.4 volts, versus the 9 volts of fresh CR123s.

OK thanks.

How about one of these? OK for a 9P? batteries as above?

Any p60 / d26 drop-in will do. you could do that one you posted but there's lots more options, specifically, you could get something with a tint you liked which may give your drop-in a lot more usefulness to you.
(for example, the cree 5B bin is great for me, such as the xpg R4 5B)

re: p91 - if you went to 2x AW IMR cells you'd be in the clear. Or use a lamp assembly with a longer run-time/less output to reduce the strain on the cells, then you could use your AW lico cells in spec.
