I just had a question about orders. I placed an order on 7/16/11 and I still have not recieved my order. Is this normal?

Rikr, if it helps mine took 14 working days to take from BIO to Beijing airport to SG. They are a bit slow, but it'd get there. China as a few provinces, some are slower than others. Guangzhou (where Shenzhen is) is pretty fast....some use HK as point of exit.

I found HK (China's Special Administrative Region, actually I still see it as being nearly 100% autonomous) -> SG unregistered mail to be fastest. Eg XTAR batteries -> SG, HKEquipment -> SG. I have a couple of relatives there, they are not really China's Chinese.

I can see what the "issue" is. Batteryjunction USA posted last Wednesday and I got the batteries this Tuesday. And its only First Class International.

We get by with just buying an endless stream of products from China, LOL!

I've had orders from other Hong Kong based dealers such as DX take 1-2 months before. A lot of these dealers are middlemen for different suppliers, so it takes a while to get all of the items in to ship. Unfortunately it's just a gamble most times. I've had orders from Manafont come in as little as 8 days.

Beijing Post seems to take alot longer than HK Post if thats even possible.
My first order from BIO took well over 3 weeks, And i have two current orders on the way here from BIO now.

I had an issue with my first order from them as they sent me 1400mAh 18650 IMR's when they should have been 1500mAh. Kiko is the CS rep for BIO and gave me a small refund to make up the difference, And then rushed my two new orders out quickly and with fast responses to my messages.

Sadly patience is gonna be your biggest enemy here as im sure your order is fine. BTW their IMR cells kick Butt, Thats why i placed two more orders.
