As desert.snake says, most (all?) of the lithium 3v batteries in that size are primary, non-rechargeable.
Be careful with the Saft -- they do not support a high current draw, and also have an uncommonly toxic chemistry (Li-thionyl chloride). Some good properties for low-drain, long-life purposes, but not a good choice for flashlights.
If you really want a rechargeable in this format, your best bet may be to find a parallel carrier for 3x14500s. It's not ideal, but it gives you the right chemistry and voltage, and it's rechargeable.
