Incoming - What do you have coming in the mail??
Apex S1 arrived. Neat, simple little single mode light. - Interesting machining on the tail end. - Threads are buttery smooth. - Nice "titanium" finish - It's exactly the same size as the Maratac AAA - Quite bright with a 10440 and has a useful hotspot - LED is just -slightly- off center. What did you use your flashlight for today?
Needed to get a picture of a mounting bracket behind a monitor & my phone has no flash so the Maratac copper AAA came to rescue. For the price Whats a good knife for under $50?
Re: for the price Another vote for the Delica. Quality materials & a design that's stood the test of time. IIRC I paid $42.00 for mine ~ 6-7 years ago. I know you said $50, but Amazon currently has the orange version with full flat grind for $58.00 w/ free shipping. Crap...must resist...- 2.FOH.

Boker Plus Nano - REVIEW
I picked one up a little while back. It is a neat little blade. I was actually surprised at the heft, considering how small it is. It's short & stout. It did arrive quite sharp although mine had a bit of play in it (nothing that a few turns of the torx wrench couldn't fix). It has an...- 2.FOH.

Resurrecting an older topic (a google search for the XS actually brought me to the site in the 1st place) Unfortunately, I'll be the guinea pig here. It appears the XS is not meant to use 10440 cells. Upon removing the copper top that was in it, I put a 10440 in and started twisting the cap...- 2.FOH.
