    how has the tint been running on the fenix p3d q5's ? are they all pretty good or will you get some that have that sickly green or other oddball color tint to them? i got a p3d premium q5 comming and i cant wait i just hope the luxeon lottery is good too me.

    the difference was only 2 bucks and i wasnt sure if the fenixstore reflector was textured on the od green one. got 8 batteries and ran the price up to a little over 75 and got free shipping anyway.

    yes everything you said is absolutly right, ..........but.........for some aplications the magled is an improvement over the incan modle and here is why........ longer runtime............much longer the output may be less after it heats up but its still bright enuff and provides good enuff...

    just went to wallyworld and got the 4 c drop in magled....... now you got to ask yourself, is this worth it for 19.00 led bulb over the standard incan.........? yes it is bright at first then does drop off some, but i dont think enuff to be a problem. i really need a good runtime graph to...

    thanks for the help all, i was just looking at the lux bin codes and it shows a r bin lux being able to handle forward voltage of almost 6 volts, so this is the voltage AT the emitter? so the l1p can handle the 3 volt thing pretty good, it just doesnt have enuff heat dissapation to run it for...

    thanks radio, now which body would you recommend for the l1p, the cr2 or 123? otherword which do you like best and is the brigtest but gets less hot..........
