You can bump whatever you want but it's not gonna happen. You've got three choices.
1. Save up, order in the US, pay the custom and delivery fees.
2. Contact http://shop.dkrsolutions.com/ as they sell hds lights in Germany and see what they can do for you.
3. Accept the fact that you'll never own a Ti RA Clicky :)
