Really, really cool excellent work. Was there a pot screw or did you just disable resistors?

No mods, Its a 100mw Wicked Module so It's bright enough as is.
Here are some pics of the assembly, I machined a good sized Heat sink for the head so it runs well

CR2 seems to last very well, I've been playing with it quite a lot and its still going strong.

Lathe is definately a must for the real fun mods

Do you think a DVD Burner diode could run in something like this?

Mine is just a hobby lathe made by Sherline, any small steel lathe is good for this type of work.
