18650 and 18500 questions

Can anyone tell me if two 18650's can power a MN21(M6 HOLA) as well as or better than if using 123A's?

Can two 18500's do the same for a MN61(M4 HOLA)?

Also, where can I get a good inexpensive charger to charge the Li-ions? Thanks.

Two of 18500's will not even power MN60 but will work on MN15 with very short run time.
