18650 charger recommendation

Having experimented with the Nano and found that super long runtime to be not that convenient for an 18650 - I am looking for a higher output charger for two AW 18650s and ideally my AW 14500s as well.

The WF-139 seems like the cost effective solution but there seem to be some issues with overcharging and I'd rather top off cells than overcharge them and lose cycle life.

So in the, say, under $30 range is there a better, more accurate and flexible charger available? Thanks!

If price is not really a concern, what is an excellent charger for li-ions? I have 18650's, 14500's and R123's. Will the charger work for all three sizes?

Hello Gary,

I have been very pleased with my Schulze charger, but most of the hobby chargers that are designed for Li-Ion and Li-Poly cells will do a good job.
