18650 in my Romisen RC-F4 Q5?

Can I run 18650's in my Romisen RC-F4 Q5? The voltages seem really close to the 17670, 2200mAh vs. 1800.

The reason I ask is because I would like to buy a charger and just buy/charge 18650's. I'm not really interested in having a set of RCR123's and 18650's.

Oh, btw, this is my first real* LED and I am amazed at just how bright it is and how far it can throw. Thanks for all the postings and reviews that led me to this choice.
