If I had included NiMH then most bases would have been covered.
All of the Li-ion cells are protected and they are new but have been cycled 3 to 8 times to get their capacities up. The A123 Systems ( VPX /Black and Decker) 1100 cells are two years old and have been greatly abused with 5 to 10 amps. charges and high rate discharges. The capacity on the graph for these cells (1100s only)are low due to a CBA II software update. I believe Tom ,aka SilverFox is aware of this bug.
