18650, TI or SS, Clicky, comes on Hi

Hi all,

I'd love some sone thoughts. Looking for a light that is:

18650 Battery
Stainless Steel or Titanium, I like the polished look.
Has a Clicky switch in the tail
Can turn it on at Hi. Be able to switch to low is fine, but I don't need disco lights (though if it had them that's fine).
Around $100ish?
