Is there such thing as a 1xAA light that goes down to 100 feet? And while we're at it any light that goes down to 100 feet? 18650? 16430?

TIA

If you are seriously going down to 100 feet look at the correct lights - DIVE LIGHTS.
Try Tektite, Pelican, Underwater Kinetics, Barbolight.

BTW the Inova X1 is too dim to be of any use 100 feet down.

I would not want to rely on a 1xAA light at any depth. I would not even want one as a back-up light. It would be too low-powered and/or have short run-time.

It might have a use if fastened to your harness/BCD and used just for illuminating your instruments or a diver's slate, but that is about all.

For a back-up light, the minimum you should look at would be something powered by 1x or preferably 2x CR123A cells (or Li-Ion equivalent). For a main light, something much more powerful.
