2 xCr123a for 18650

I want to have a go on my torch and the 18650 delivery is really slow will it go pop if I put two cr123a batteries instead.

How bout 1 cr123a and a spacer made of a bolt or something so as not to risk damaging it with too many volts.

I believe that light is direct drive, so you probably need to wait for 18650's.

The specs will state if it has a buck circuit for 2xCR123.
