2aa MM nexgen mod to Cree or DX Seoul, any tips?

Has anyone modifyed their 750ma nexgen sandwich to a cree or seoul led. It sounds like the Seoul is the easier swap. Is there a thread some one can point me to?

I'm thinking of moding my mini-m@g 750ma nexgen,
