3 cell primary Cree/SSC light?

is anyone making a 3 cell (3 x cr123 primary) light with a Cree/SSC emitter??

Pila will be making a Cree emitter module soon that will be usable in the GL3 putting out a fully regulated 120 Lumens for I imagine quite a long time. Very nice setup if you ask me. I'll be getting a GL2 eventually with the cree emitter.

I'm planning to mod a Pelican M3 (old style) with an XRE star. I'll let you know how it goes.

I have put Cree x-re stars in about 5 pelican M3s. I just put a seoul in one and the seoul is easier to do and slightly brighter. popped the old emitter off the star and used a copper shim to raise the SSC and Artic aluminum epoxyed it together.

How thick was the shim used with the Seoul?
