If you mean something like a TID, I hope not. M6's are scary enough already. Scalloping like on the E series is fine, of course. I wouldn't want anything on the light that could get it confiscated by overzealous security goons.

In the Combat Weapons magazine, they show the M3 with an agressive scalloped bezel but there is no indication that I am aware of as to when we will see these. There is no mention of any plans with the other M series. If we could only peek into the future but I think this is guarded by PK and kept to a select group and folks within SF. I put my money on an agressively scalloped M1! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Instead of scalloping, how about an innocuous-looking yet razor sharp knife edge around the bezel? Could protect it from dulling nicks and dings with an opaque beam cover, but in an emergency just press the release lever to spring open the lid prior to - uh - deadly deployment.

I think TAD Gear sells M3s w/ the new bezels. Here is a link. I have no idea on the M6 though.
