I have seen several posts referring to seats and clothing being damaged by the ESD Talon and similar 'aggressive' bezels.
A quick solution is to put a muzzle on it.
I used a Butler Creek rifle scope cap. They are available in sizes from 1" to 3". $13 MSRP, $9.99 at Gander Mountain.
I removed the flip up cover, ground off the hinge mounts and slipped it over the Talon bezel. There is a 1/8th inch lip on the inside front of the tube that prevents it sliding past the bezel.
Now I am prevented from incurring collateral damage to seats and clothing, the general populace is not frightened by the aggressive appearance of my light, and LEO's see a plain vanilla Mag rather than an offensive weapon.
An additional benefit is that the muzzle protects the finish of my $30+ custom bezel in EDC.
