a question for MD etc MN21 vs LF1000

I can run an MN21 with 2x18650 IMR with soft start, or 3x16340 IMR plus LF 1000 Lumen lamp.

What are the runtimes and lumens for these two using IMR technology?

they take up the same space in my car (same body), but which is the best choice?
