Hi Guys,
I have 20 of these Ti S27-Cx2 available to new homes.
The light is a S27 head hosting McR-27-S and a Seoul P4 (bin UW0I) driven by a DBx2-917 converter. The battery pak is a new 2xCR123 Clickie pak of the same mechanical design as the C pak used for a single CR123 battery. The lobes or ribs on the battery pack are intended to give a good grip on the light without having any sharp edges. There is a slight convex profile to the height of the lobes with the center lobe largest in diameter and consecutive lobes reduced in diamater for and aft of it. As to how effective this design is, I leave it to you to decide. I am satisfied but I am easy and no doubt biased as all get out.
Due to local USPS concerns about mailing batteries included, these lights will not include batteries. Sorry.
I have cut and pasted some text modifed to suit from a previous offering thread:
The price on these is $490 (Ti S27-Cx2)
Please read the order info thread for the small print and my position on shipping, warranty, insurance and what have you.
These lights will go on a first ordered first accepted basis and this will be determined by receipt of clear and unqualified e-mail orders I receive at dmcleish(at)pacbell.net
When I receive your order, I will place you in the queue and I will send a response e-mail that you are good to go. Please allow 24 hours to go by prior to any follow up inquires. I will update this thread as time allows but if the past is any indication, I may need some time to get caught up!
In your order e-mail to me, please use the designation of the light (Ti S27-Cx2) in the subject line. In the body of the message please clearly provide your name and mailing address in a manner I can cut and paste into my shipping software. I will also need your phone number for express mail and Fed EX as well as some other international options. It helps to include your CPF handle as well! Posting a claim in this thread might alert me to a missing e-mail but I will be commiting these lights to actual e-mails received and once they are gone they will be gone. I am sorry but I know of no other viable way to handle this. There will be orders not posted in this thread so counting here will not give a clear picture, unfortunately.
Priority Mail and Global Priority Mail are included in the price stated. Fees on any insurance or other method of shipment requested will be added to the price and I will include a total for you in the shipment notification I send you.
Upon receipt of shipment notification, please make payment to the same e-mail address via PayPal. Please don't order a light unless you know you have the ability and intention of making payment!! If you wish to make payment via check or MO, let me know in your order e-mail and we can work this out.

I received a partial shipment of the Cx2 paks and when I get the balance in, I hope to have 10 more of these to make available. The Ti PD-Mules as well as another wave of Ti PD-S are also on the horizon; hopefully near and not far.
I like the contrast of these lights against a background of rust. I see it as a subtle reminder of one value of Ti.
Thanks for looking.
While you process this wave, I am going to sneak off and look for some waves myself!
