A2 LEDs Regulated?

I know the A2 uses a regulation circuit with soft start for the incandescent bulb, but I was curious if the LEDs are also regulated.

I didn't see any regulation circuit on the LED ring when I had it apart, so it leads me to believe it's not, on the other hand that's a mighty large head on there and my LEDs haven't started getting dimmer yet.

No. However, you will have changed the batteries for the incan, before the output of the LED's is noticeably diminished. If not, the LED's will gradually reduce output over many hours.
