All I need to say is it is excellent and the best around. I won't go into details, but I have been treated well and feel it has been good enough to deserve mention.

A good company indeed,that treats their customers like most companies have forgotten.

I was going to say something in the "anyone see an AE Xenide yet?" thread but I'll say it here. I've owned and used fairly regularly (game tracking) a PL24 for a little over a year. I'm always impressed with it's brightness(?) and burn time.

I had a problem with a spare battery that wouldn't charge (everything, including the batteries were out of warranty). I called AE Powerlight, spoke to a gentleman by the name of Marc, and was given very fair and professional service.

The only problem I had was trying to ship the defective battery to AE Powerlight. After trying FedEx and UPS and being refused the USPS reluctantly took the shipment.

I agree with hivoltage on this, Marc is a great guy and he definitely measures up to the services provided by JSBurly (Jon, we miss you:sigh.

Timber, did you ever get your battery back/replaced/repaired?
