Hey!

I got a Maxa Beam, but I don't know if it still works.

The male end of the cable for the battery pack is broken. I know I can buy a new connector, but I would like to see if the batteries are good and if the spotlight works before buying stuff. Right know the four cables are connected to two thicker cables for some reason I don't know.

How do I know which of the four small cables to put in which of the four holes in the charger/spotlight?

My plan is to try and charge the batteries, then to connect them to the spotlight to check if it's still working.

Hi FAMILJEGUFF!

I would be happy to help you troubleshoot and determine if your Maxa Beam Searchlight still works. Would it be possible for you to send me an email at [email protected]? Please include your searchlight's serial number so I can let you know its date of manufacture and version number. Thank you!

Sincerely,

Annie Thorne
