Just finished this one up. Although I must confess, a poor choice of components hampers this particular build. It's pretty easy though, so I may do another one...

Very nice. Isn't it a modded _X5_ with Q3JW on the left on the first beamshot photo? (under the photo it reads X1?)

Great job Chief! Interesting about spacing the optic that far out from the LED. I have been running about .010" clearance just to ensure that the sandwich doesn't touch the optic and compromise the ground. Is Larry's suggested .070" meant for high domes only, or LD's too I wonder? Might make centering less critical with the HD's?
