Any 2xRCR123 Cree's with 10Hz strobe?

I have been looking for the perfect light that will double as a bike light for about two years. The technology seems to be getting close to my ideal.

Two or three levels of brightness and a strobe of about 10Hz.

It should accept up to 8.4 volts so that rechargeables will work.

I was hoping the REX 2.0 would do until a 2xRCR123 version might become available, but was disappointed with the output and the continued reliance upon PWM.

Are there any lights that fit this description?

The new Fenix P3D? I haven't seen one so I don't know what the PWM rate is or the strobe rate for that matter, but it generically seems to about fit your requirements.
