Any multi DS or GS lights out there yet?

I'm already aware of the Rex, but do any other lights use multi Nichia DS or GS as the primary light source? Just thinking about the great floodiness of the p.o.s. 3AAA 9 LED, but in a reliable platform and brighter sounds like something I "need" to have in my collection. Could you imagine those 100+ LED showerhead lights with the GS? 500 floody lumens by UNDERDRIVING them at 5 lumens each to maintain reliability and have great runtime to boot? Am I alone in wishing for more in the multi 5mm market?

The specs on BrightGuy list 4 5mm DS's in the Princeton Tec AMP 3.0 and 4 5mm DS's and a Rebel in the AMP 5.0.

1*SSC-P7 costs less than 100*GS LEDs.
It is a lot easier to wire 1*SSC-P7 than 100*GS LEDs.
It is easy enough to put a diffusion filter in front of a P7 M@g, If the head is designed from scratch, with no reflector, the diffusion filter is not required.

I was just making a point with the 100 LED, but in a light such as the Inova X5 or the 5mm Photon Proton, where multi LED is more practical, it's hard to beat 5mm clusters in terms of multi low intesity hotspotted flood (if that makes any sense). I'm liking the PT AMP 3.0 though, except for the 4 AAA requirement.
