Any one know the Romisen RC-29 II R4 ?

And know to fix it's particular problem: Mine is out of whack, the light can't be turned on when twist out to get the throw beam and I hear something inside the head comes lose and running. Now it's only on by twisting all the way in + a piece of folded alum. foil at the battery end (which gives the beam all flood). I bought it from ShinningBeam long ago and don't know how long for guarantee. Any idea would be very appreciated.

Looks like the pill came loose. You could try opening it up to check and tighten the pill inside.

From what I understand, you open those up starting from the orange ring in the head. Next up would be to remove the lens then a retaining ring. After that, screw down the head like you would to get to flood mode till it clears the threads. You should be able to access the pill after that.

The picture you linked shows the XR-E Q5 version!

Do you really have the XP-G R4 version – if yes - how does it work?

Do you have a RC-C6/RC-29 with XR-E to compare it to the XP-G version?
