Anyone have specific lights, sockets, ballasts etc to build a SAD light?

Hello people, I am very interested in building a SAD light. (seasonal affective disorder) but am unable to find a website that provides specific lighting items, ballasts, etc.

Item # would be great if you have that as well..

if not just let me know what products I will need to do this project!
