Anyone modded a Peak Matterhorn?

I have several that I'm thinking of trying to swap the leds in. One brass prototype with a godawful blue-purple led and maybe some not-so-great electronics. Two regular 1-led ones (HA and stainless) and an HA 3-led one. I guess it's mostly the brass and stainless ones that I want to mod. The 3-led sounds too difficult from what I've heard of its circuit board, and the 1-led HA is set up fairly nicely already. Any advice? These things look very potted and I don't see how to get them open. I also have a kilimanjaro 1-led but maybe I'll leave that alone for now. It's just that this new Nichia DS led sounds way impressive.
