Arc AAA repair turn around time

What is the usual turn around time when we send an Arc for repair? I sent my AAA-P on October 8th for repair and I asked for an update to [email protected] 1.5 weeks after. I got a reply on October 23th that my flashlight was received and would be checked, then that I would be e-mailed back when it would be sent back to me. I asked again for an update the week after on October 31th. Still no news and still no Arc... Is it a normal turn around time for repairs?

I was offered a black AAA-P today to replace the one I sent because natural anodizing is out of stock. Maybe this offer should have come sooner?

I finally received a new Arc AAA-P yesterday. The repair time has been very long but at least a got a good upgrade for my old AAA-P CS: a black AAA-P GS. :)
